Manufacturing Standards

Our laboratory operates a Quality Management System overseen by the British Standards Institute and all Bollé Safety prescription spectacles are manufactured to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 (Certificate No. FM00601)

Spectacle Standards

All Bollé Safety frames and lenses are tested and approved to BS EN 166, carry the British Standards Kitemark (Certificate No. KM07649) and are guaranteed against manufacturing faults for 12 months.

Technical Specifications

All our frames are manufactured from Monel combined with a variation of coatings and are nickel free. All polycarbonate and plastic lenses are supplied with a scratch resistant coating.
